So far, they've been super great. The staff is easy to communicate with, they care, and they want to meet your needs when you have problems. My keys and codes were having issues and all of that was fixed by the next day. My gate code was fixed within a couple days and it's been great ever since!

I absolutely love living here. It’s safe, people are so kind, and it’s really close to everything. I’ve never had any issues and the one time we hit a bump in the road management was so quick to get it resolved. I actually love living here so much I broke up with my partner just so I could keep living here. The building is super energy efficient, this is the least amount I’ve ever paid for utilities. And the time my air conditioner broke everyone was so accommodating so that we didn’t melt... waiting for a fixed unit. This place is seriously amazing. I do not wish to live anywhere else. I’d rather stay here than buy a house. Just sayin. ???????

I haven’t lived in an apartment since the late 1980’s when I bought my house in WA. After retirement some opportunities for continued employment came up in Utah so we moved. I was hesitant to rent an apartment as decades of police work had soured my view of apartment dwelling both with residents/management and owner. I have to say that Upper West has been fantastic in all regards. The management and maintenance team is spectacular. The building cleanliness and upkeep is great.

I've lived here at Upper West for the last Almost 3 years now and the management staff and maintenance staff is amazing they all really feel like their family and take care of you when you're in need

While staring at the frozen, slowly defrosting windshield of your car on a cold winter night after a long day at work, set yourself up for success and flip on the heater and lights at home from your phone. These apartments are a stone's throw away from Bangerter Highway, and once construction is finished, you have a straight shot north. Not feeling like sharing the road today? The location is integrated into the light rail train for a quick trip anywhere from Daybreak to the U of U.
