The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered, and the full names and IDs of all guests entering the property must be provided. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered.
