Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. To avoid towing, please park in the white areas. Yellow spaces are reserved, and your vehicle may be towed if parked there. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
