I do not feel this will useful in your marketing. I would like to see how you address these issues. The differentiator between you and other communities will be how you resolve issues. Every community has challenges but how the dealt with will separate you from the rest. I am hopeful you can solve these challenges swiftly and completely.

As I have said many times before, I enjoy living at Bailey's Crossing. There are issues with trash accumulation in the trash chute in my building and, of course, the middle elevator not operating that are troublesome.
My questions and my complaints are always addressed. The office staff and the maintenance staff is excellent, service is timely and they are courteous in every circumstance. Questions are always answered.

Been a resident for 4 years and the office team as well as maintenance team are always willing to help. Apartments are the largest I have found in this area and I feel safe here.
