The nastiest manager with no class

I've never seen a manager that has no class like the one at the Brent Place. You go to apply for an apartment and your asked do you have an appointment. Then what comes out of the back office. Is a non classy human with pink hair and dressed like a street rat. Who disrespects the tenants. No one should rent from that place. A mouse ran down the hall. WOW now that was classy.
