Yearly rent raises an honest review
Every year our rent goes up 100 and no we don't live in one of the updated nicer units. Our unit is rundown, old appliances, white paint over dust and bugs. When we first moved in the apartment was not properly cleaned. Old food was behind all of the appliances, the dishwasher was covered in bits of food on the inside, there were stains on the cabinets I had to clean off, random nails in the walls and cabinets I had to remove with a hammer, the knobs were covered in grime that took an hour to... rub off. This year our oven lit on fire and all they did was replace a small part of the stovetop. I don't use the dishwasher because to be honest it seems like a health hazard. They put posters up on all the buildings asking for 5 star reviews on here so I'm going to be the one person to put an honest review. Did I mention first few months we moved in the garbage disposal broke and flooded the kitchen. Then after fixing it they used our new kitchen towels to soak up the water and then left them on the kitchen sink for me to clean up.
