Nobody showed up to fix the issue. I do not have hot water in my shower, some time is a little warm and some time is cold, never hot.
Every time I try to take a shower I freeze. Since I moved in last week I haven’t been able to take a shower. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Location is great being close to old town. but it is an old building that has lots of maintenance issues including bug problems. There is also no concierge desk so don't expect that here.

Bridgeyard is a good place to call home for me and my daughter close to a decade now. I am personally thankful we have Christine as our general manager who goes out of her way to get things done. She is an amazing caring person.
My issue at Bridgyard is the rent increase for an old building with no washer drying in the unit and old kitchen and bathroom. The rent increase and the place does not match. But we have a caring community, clean lobby, clean grounds, clean trash area. We have a nice... pool and hopefully soon we will have new grills that our general manager Christine has gone out of her way to get for us. I am happy living at Bridgeyard.

Bridgeyard is a nice apartment complex, but there are things that make it difficult for example the parking lot is dangerous at night especially for females there should be some type of safety there. The washing machines constantly breaking down and they’re just inconvenient. Other than that it���s close to A LOT of things.
