Welcomed new immigrants
Cherry Arms welcomed us as new immigrants. Staff are professional and friendly. Awesome sunset view of Huntley Meadows if your apartment faces Richmond Highway. Highway noise is inevitable though. Utility charges are fair. Near general stores.

Great property occasionally ruined by loud parties
Great apartments occasionally ruined by loud parties in the public playground with blaring music they refuse to turn down.

A must place to live
Wonderful environment.
Curtious and hardworking staff
Maintenance respond promptly to fix issues
Every lease holder have a designated parking
Quiet environment
Clean surroundings
Trash is taken very early in the morning.

Cherry Arms Apt.
I have been living in Cherry Arms Apt. for over twenty years. The staff are always curtious and helpful, maintenance is efficient and gets the job done. The area is clean and trash is removed on time, the playgrounds and pools are fun for the children. I would say overall I have no major complaints living here.

Cherry Arms Apartments
Cherry Arms Apartments are a great place to live. I love this place because it is peaceful, clean, and very safe. It is located in a convenient area close to 495, metro, Washington Dc, and the National Airport. The apartments are well maintained and when you need repairs, they are fixed right away. Every resident is given 1 assigned parking spot. Living in Cherry Arms is relaxing and you always feel right at home.
