For the "supposedly" strict parking rules they have in place, they DONT enforce it when they need to. We saw a car parked out there for 3 weeks with a FOR SALE sign on top of it with no permit located anywhere on the car...This car wasn't hiding, it was located in the front of the complex! -There is no ventilation for this place. Turning on the dryer or taking a shower makes the ceilings/walls wet and mold overtime, it's disgusting. -The security people don't do their jobs, we have seen them… sleeping in their cars. They also take up residential parking and put cones around their vehicles so they practically take up 3 spots for 1 car. They're also super creepy. I was in the gym alone once during the set hours and 1 of them just came in and watched for 10 minutes. Did not utter a single word to me. Totally unprofessional, not sure what kind of security task requires you to stand inside the gym. -The locks on each door are a complete nuisance. There should be a way for residents to ping guests through the door or a pin to enter. We've had several packages left outside/or rerouted because the companies couldn't get in. -The front office seems to pick and choose when they are there. Sometimes they are closed for hours at a time with no notice. -They do air filter maintenance every 3 months or so (which is fine), BUT we have to move our heavy furniture several feet away and leave it like that for several weeks at a time because they DON'T set appointments. They give you this 2 week range they could POSSIBLY enter, they sometimes even extend that window, I don't understand why they can't schedule each building a set of dates instead giving a vague date range for the entire complex. We also have service animal so we have to keep them locked up in the closet because the air filter is in EVERY.ROOM. They have to be locked up for up to 10 hours a day for 2 weeks. I have lived here about five years. I moved in because of the good reviews for this place. Our experience is in keeping with those good reviews. The repairs are completed speedily. The grounds are kept neat. The management is polite and helpful.

This is the 2nd time I've moved into Edlandria. I moved back because it fits all the basic needs anyone could have for an apartment at a reasonable price. The apartments are decent size with quality appliances, balcony, and utilities are included! The community is quiet. There is always parking available, no fees, but no visitor parking. There is no pool which is a bit of a downer. For the price, with utilities included this is a great place to live!

I've lived here for many years. The price is pretty average for the area. All utilities are included and you have a washer and dryer in your apartment.
There is no guest parking, they have to leave by midnight but because of that we always have a space close to our building.
The grounds are well kept and they have a small fitness center.
The apartments are well made you rarely hear your neighbors.
Overall great.
