Lincoln Old Town

Location, amenities, quality of the unit, and staff are all fantastic. It's a bit pricey, but that's to be expected in Alexandria. The main thing that bugged me was the climate control was only able to do EITHER heat or cooling- as in a maintenance technician had to come go into the maintenance closet to switch it from one to the other. You couldn't just switch it yourself whenever you needed to. The maintenance techs come to switch it to heating in the fall and to cooling in the spring (Labor... Day-ish and Memorial Day-ish.) This led to the unfortunate situation of it being really hot in April or thereabouts and I couldn't use turn on the AC because it wasn't time for the system to be switched-over yet. This is something I now make SURE to ask about with apartments, and so far there haven't been any other cases where it was the case so I'm not sure why the system is set up that way. Read More

Love the building— very clean and friendly staff. One of the elevators has been out of service since we moved in and the coffee maker sometimes does not work either. Other than that we love it

Living at Lincoln old town has been great. Great community. Good maintenance crew. Neighborhood is amazing . Appreciate the support and service provided by the leasing and maintenance team.

Great place to live . Management and staff is awesome. Maintenence are capable and professional. The building is clean. Neighborhood is wonderful.

I have been here several months and have loved the experience so far. The only issues I have had were getting stuck in the elevator and one rude concierge person but other than that the facilities are great, maintenance is great, location is great, building is great!
