Limited Rent Payment Options - Only accepts online payments. No checks or alternative methods. Miss… the due date?You’re hit with a $250 penalty fee – no exceptions.

Safety Hazards - Car theft is common – wheels and tires have been stolen overnight on multiple occasions.

Falling trees on the property have damaged cars. The management reportedly denies any responsibility, even in cases of clear negligence (e.g., dead or rotting trees). Residents have even filed lawsuits over damage.

Severe Pest Infestation - Residents report infestations of rats, mice, roaches, and other pests. These pests are found inside apartments, in hallways, laundry rooms, and even bathrooms.

Poor Laundry Facilities- Only one functioning laundry machine per floor, serving 34 units – completely inadequate.

These are old apartments with pests plus they make you pay $90+ for internet no matter you need it or not. They raised rents every quater.

They are just do not know everything about the apartment wasting people time then they say oh you gota pay this much for internet that much for cleaning and also a resident said that this place is full of mice and roaches and the manager just don’t care. Also a someone used to live here said you will hear many gunshots in a week.so I decided to do not get an apartment in this place

Sure you have some places close so you can walk and ran some errands. But that doesn’t cancel out the amount of roaches and mice that ran around your apartment everyday.
