Love the place and highly recommend
Clean, well maintained, and VERY quiet. In the years I have been here, I have never heard my neighbors through my walls/ceilings/floors, though occasionally I hear people if they are loud in the hall. The gym's a bit dated looking, but the equipment is still nice. I love that I have a reserved spot in a parking garage that is steps (all covered) away from a side entrance to the building. I was worried when I first moved in that people would park in others' spots, but I've never had that issue.... You sign up with the office for a small storage unit and there is no fee. It is a bit small, but my place has a ton of storage, including a walk-in pantry (in a 1 bedroom!)
