DO NOT RENT

Please, DO NOT RENT or buy here. There are SO MANY better options nearby.

I love waking up and coming home to the sounds of GUNSHOTS down the street. Don't you? Seriously-one time there were 6 gunshots in broad daylight!

Parking is HORRENDOUS. People are constantly fighting for spots. Can you imagine changing your entire schedule just to make sure they have parking? Good luck once you leave because that spot it gone! And if you have any friends or family that visit-GOOD LUCK. Also- Good luck...
not having your car get hit by the tenants in the building.

Its an old building (plumbing issues) and good luck once someone has a leak above or below you. I hope you have great insurance.

The HOA is a complete pain to deal with. If you are renting, I would steer clear because some owners are awful if you need any maintenance requests.

AVOID THE HEADACHE and RENT OR BUY ELSEWHERE.
