I just moved out after living at The Asher for two years, and I want to thank the entire team for their hospitality. The management and staff were always helpful and professional, and the service was excellent. My family and I, including our kids, had the best experience here. The community felt safe, welcoming, and truly like home. I’m very grateful for the time we spent at The Asher and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Rent and parking fee have significantly increased in the last year despite renovations and building upgrades taking months longer than expected to complete. Garage doors have been broken for months, which means security in garage has been compromised. An appliance in my apartment broke and it will take 2-3 weeks to replace it.
