The concierge is great as is pricing, but leasing office tends to make promises they cannot keep. Also have had some issues with maintenance.

Rent and parking fee have significantly increased in the last year despite renovations and building upgrades taking months longer than expected to complete. Garage doors have been broken for months, which means security in garage has been compromised. An appliance in my apartment broke and it will take 2-3 weeks to replace it.
