I’ve really enjoyed my stay at Beacon of Groveton Apartments. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt comfortable and welcomed here. The community is well maintained, and I really appreciate how clean and pleasant the property is. The atmosphere is peaceful, and it’s a place where I genuinely enjoy coming home.

One of the things I like most is the convenience. There’s everything you need here, and the location makes it easy to get to nearby stores, restaurants, and other places without having to… travel too far. I also appreciate the overall environment and how the community feels like a nice place to live.

My experience with the staff has been positive as well. They have been friendly, helpful, and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance or had questions. That makes a big difference when you’re living somewhere long term.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Beacon of Groveton Apartments. I like it here and would definitely recommend staying here.

I would like to endorse high professionalism and courtesy of the current General Manager of the Beacon of Groveton and his ability to handle parking rules issues.
He exceeded my expectations with his decision in my favor despite lack of strong evidence.
I highly suggest this condominium because it’s conveniently located in busiest part of town but also take care of various issues of its tenants.

Quite impressed! By far the most streamlined and fluid move-in I’ve had. Excellent service from everyone at the Leasing Office and extremely pleased with maintenance. I had an AC request on move in day and, not only did they find it and fix it, but they were here the same day the request was submitted. Last two places I lived in had an average wait time of 2 weeks. Kudos to Moses for his incredible service!
Needless to say, if you look on your map, we pretty much have everything shopping you… would need on a day-by-day, restaurants, groceries, hardware everything. Only thing kissing is an AMC, but the metro is around the corner so all I have to do is go up to Old Alexandria’s.
All in all, very satisfied and looking forward to my time here :)

Really enjoying living here so far! The amenities are great. Always very clean. Staff in the leasing office are always helpful.I got a prize for the pet photo contest around halloween. Very fun.
