Unproffesional team!

We wanted to see the apartment few days earlier and scheduled the time with one of the property manager. We went there and after waiting long time he called me said, they dont have any apartment to show us. Really?! Dont even contact with them.

This managing company is HORRIBLE

Whoever is the owner of this property really needs to look into hiring another property management company. No one answers the phone, it took two weeks to find the decision and we had to call after finally getting a answer. Still haven’t gotten the $100 deposit back yet. Tried to go to the leasing office today and there was a big fence closing off the property where the leasing office is located. This is honestly the worst company.

Great Rooms, Unprofessional Real Estate Management

The rooms as I saw them were in excellent condition for the price. Beautiful neighborhood with a grocery store next door and a large shopping center with a Target and Best Buy within walking distance. When I asked to look at a room, the rep I talked to had to get a substitute due to a personal emergency. That was fine. Subsequently, I needed to drop off an application in person, and give an application and holding fee in person. Also fine, but the appointment was not kept. I had to drive 45 mins… out of my way a second time to another appointment, which this time was kept. Complete radio silence since then. No responses to calls, voicemail, or emails. Then the listing disappears. I can understand if a listing is no longer available, but I need to be informed so I can make other arrangements. Completely unprofessional.
