Needs Security

This was a clean safe building, but quite a few staff have left. It is no longer a secured building and it's being destroyed. Any and everybody is parking in the garage and non residents are roaming the stairwells and hallways. The police had been called to this bldg. multiple times. Ms. Karen needs to come back.
