Jeannie Nguyen immigrated to the United States from Vietnam as a young child and is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Maryland. The youngest of twelve children, Jeannie was raised in a diligent and resourceful immigrant family. Being the youngest child, Jeannie's older siblings and parents provided a familial and community-based support system emphasizing the importance of hard-work, personal responsibility, shared success, and interpersonal relationships. Jeannie graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in the Life Sciences.
