Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, contact us with 24 hours’ notice; this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. We do not provide washcloths. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage exceeding $300 per stay, automobile damage, personal items, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards and replacement for lost parking tags. A fine of $300 applies for hosting unauthorized gatherings.
