The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. No events or parties are allowed during your stay, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules, and in this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500.
