The building operates a centralized HVAC system, with heating available from October 13 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. For security, all guests must register with a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a fine. Excessive noise should be avoided as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available with 24 hours' notice for an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Washcloths are not provided. Please keep household items inside the house. Lost linens or apartment keys will incur an additional cost. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving.
