For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and a party on the property is charged a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please display your parking permit at all times, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles. Bath towels and washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered, but it is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective.
