The building requires a short guest screening for security reasons, which must be completed before your arrival. Reservations may be canceled if this process is not completed on time. Wristbands are required to use the pool, with a cost of $10 per day, and lost wristbands have a $100 replacement fee. Pool hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. If you're parking on-site, your permit must be clearly displayed at all times. The building has a centralized heating and cooling system that operates based on the season and local regulations, so it may not be adjustable year-round. We provide a basic starter kit, including one towel per registered guest, but washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. A Damage Waiver Fee covers accidental damage, but intentional damage, damage resulting from violations of the rental policy, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and unreported damage during your stay are not covered. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards ($250) and replacement for lost parking tags ($200–$300). Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
