The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies, including one set of towels per registered guest, is provided. Washcloths are not included. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered.
