If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1.
