Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10, with a $100 fee for lost wristbands. The pool is open from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We provide a starter kit of supplies, including one set of towels per registered guest, but washcloths are not provided. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered.
