Hassle-free parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Stay active in the fully equipped gym, featuring state-of-the-art machines and free weights. Enjoy a barbecue in the designated outdoor grilling area. The pool is only open from May to September and is currently under renovation until June. Access to the pool is for registered guests only, with each reservation including two registered guests. The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. Only one parking spot is available for your stay, and parking in handicapped spaces is not allowed unless you have a valid permit. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. We do not provide bath towels. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
