Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors, as this property is located in a residential building. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability for a fee of $50; the latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Do not send packages (Amazon, Best Buy, etc.) to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating: October 13 – May 1, Air Conditioning: May 15 – October 1.
