Enjoy the oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, kitchen appliances, spacious storage closets, and a seasonal HVAC system. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion. Maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, with advanced notice provided when possible. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors like building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Refunds or compensation cannot be provided for these issues. Local residents cannot book homes for same-day arrival if their primary residence is within two hours of the property.
