For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB or access cards are charged $250. We do not provide bath towels. To avoid being towed, park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror.
