Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands. The pool is open from 11 AM to 8 PM daily. Parking requires displaying your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability with a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Unauthorized parties and smoking indoors are prohibited with a $300 fine for violations.
