The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay.
