To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and incurs a fee of $50. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. Washcloths are not provided, and if the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage up to $300 per stay, but intentional damage or violations of rental policies are not covered and may incur additional charges.
