Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability with a fee of $50. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. The HVAC system is centrally managed by the building and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles: Heating from October 15 to May 1 and Air Conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During transitional periods, HVAC usage is at the discretion of the building management based on outdoor temperatures. Smoking inside will incur a $300 fine and unauthorized parties will also result in a $300 fine. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay, with unintentional damage to items inside the unit covered up to $300 per stay.
