Welcome to our four-bed, two-bath home. The location is fantastic, a ten-minute walk to two Metro stops (Orange and Silver lines), a quick walk to Whole Foods, the bars, bagel shops, and Trader Joes. Plenty of great restaurants, parks, and running trails within a five-minute walk of the house too. Utilities are split evenly between all housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. You will share a bathroom with one guy. No pets or couples at this time.

About the guys: One is a 23-year-old EPA contractor and Penn State grad who enjoys board games, video games, rock climbing, and biking. He keeps things tidy, likes to cook a couple of times a week, and is excited to explore the area. Another recent grad from just outside Philly, he is new to Arlington, values a clean and respectful living space, and spends weekends golfing, running, or playing pickleball. He is eager to discover the city with new friends. The third guy is a 22-year-old Florida State alum and avid cyclist who is starting a new job with a government contractor.
