All guests must be registered prior to arrival and unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside or hosting an unauthorized party will result in a $300 fine. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines, with heating fully active from October 13 – May 1 and air conditioning fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association.
