The building uses a centralized HVAC system, with heating fully active from October 13 – May 1 and air conditioning fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures as decided by the building association. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and provide a valid government-issued ID for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay, but does not cover intentional damage or misuse such as parties or smoking indoors.
