The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines: Heating is fully active from October 13 – May 1, and Air Conditioning is fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures as decided by the building association. All guests must be registered prior to arrival and provide a valid government-issued ID for each guest. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost, with the latest possible check-out being 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. A damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage are not covered. Lost FOB or access card will incur a $250 charge. Lost parking tag will incur a $200–$300 charge. Smoking inside will result in a $300 fine. Unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine.
