This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Guest screening is required for the safety of all residents and guests, and the building requires a brief screening before check-in. If the screening is not approved or not completed, your reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles.
