All guests must be registered prior to arrival with the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. If the apartment is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
