All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid government-issued IDs required for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation. This property is located in a residential building, so please keep noise to a minimum to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with late check-out available upon request at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability, and at an additional cost. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided, and if the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
