The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating in full operation from October 13 to May 1 and AC in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between these periods, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the Building Association based on outside temperature. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, and a valid government-issued ID is required for each guest for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
