All guests must be registered prior to arrival with full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. Washcloths are not provided. If the apartment is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The damage waiver fee helps cover unintentional damage to items inside the unit (up to $300 per stay).
