This property is located in a residential building. Keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Unauthorized parties or smoking indoors will incur a $300 fine. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Covered up to $300 per stay. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 charge and a lost parking tag incurs a $200–$300 charge based on building rates.
