All guests must be registered prior to arrival; please send the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in, as IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. This property is located in a residential building; please keep noise to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Smoking inside and unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. The building uses a centralized heating system, fully active from October 13 – May 1, and air conditioning, fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Please do not send packages to the property, as deliveries are not accepted or guaranteed.
