Wristbands are required for access and are available for $10 per day. Enjoy the pool daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the perfect place to relax. Only guests wearing wristbands are allowed in the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands have a $100 replacement fee. One parking space is included with your stay. Please display the parking permit on your dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit. Vehicles parked incorrectly may be towed at the guest’s expense. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times to respect neighbors. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is subject to availability, and has an additional cost. The latest possible check-out is 12:00 PM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is fully active from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please send the full name and a valid government-issued ID for each guest before check-in. IDs are required at the front desk for building access. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation, as per building regulations. Unauthorized parties will result in a $300 fine. Smoking inside will result in a $300 fine. Lost FOB or access card incurs a $250 charge. Lost parking tag incurs a $200–$300 charge based on building rates. The damage waiver fee helps cover accidental damage, provided it is reported during your stay. Covered: Unintentional damage to items inside the unit up to $300 per stay. Not Covered: Intentional damage or misuse, violations of rental policies, damage exceeding $300, damage to vehicles or personal items, theft or unreported damage, lost or stolen items, and external damage.
