Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with full name and a valid government-issued ID. Unregistered guests are not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the apartment is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. The building uses a centralized HVAC system, regulated by season and local guidelines. Heating is fully active from October 13 – May 1 and air conditioning is fully active from May 15 – October 1. Between these dates, the system adjusts based on outside temperatures, as decided by the building association. A $300 fine will be applied for smoking inside or for an unauthorized party.
