Don't waste your time here. Poor Service

I called and schedule a tour at 2112 Columbia Pike and drove all the way from Michigan to Virginia just to find out that they scheduled the appointment for the wrong building (2121 Columbia instead of 2112). I was told that they have no appointments available and there is nothing they can do even it was their fault for scheduling the wrong building. Please don't waste your time here.

Key Apartments Review

If you don't mind living in an older building(about 50 years old),where the the rent increases periodically without the benefit of periodic upgrades it's OK. The rent from this complex seems to be used for upgrades and renovations for the building next door. If you don't mind your building used as a shortcut (no security doors) its OK. Parking is limited so don't have guests. They don't issue visitor passes. Street parking is also limited. Maintenance is OK. Office staff is OK. Great location! ... Great access to public transportation!
