Marijuana Odor everywhere in the apartment and the Leasing office Mgr is not qualified to manage the property.

my 60 days notice. I will be charged $1,845 to break the leave due to mice infestation and neighbors harassment. I asked for a waiver on breaking the leave but I was denied. I'm considering taking this issue to court as I have plenty of evidence my life in this apartment broke the tenants rigths
to peaceful enjoyment.

Issue #1 Apt 710 I have to clean mice poop everyday from the stove top . I was told two contradictory reasons for the mice infestation. First that since wall holes were covered,… then the mice were still trapped inside my apt. Pest control did not find nor notified me that the premises were not clean enough to not attract mice. After I complained the issue persisted Jeanelle and the entire maintenance crew came into the apartment and Jeanelle took pictures of my place without content and said I was at fault, because the way I cleaned the stove (with clorox hence the white marks o the stove, that's Clorox) was bad and that MICE were coming from other apartments. In other words management acknowledges other apartments have mice problems. This is unit 710 do not rent here, please. I also have proof that I had to send over 500.00 per month on food delivery due to the kitchen mice infestation. Mind you I rarely cook so I know I'm not the culprit of the infestation.

Issue #2 Mila the Community manager's boss allegedly called the police on me TWICE just because I hanged up on her because she a was yelling at me over the phone. She was yelling at me because I knocked on the wall at 1 am because my neighbors were not letting me sleep with a subwoofer. Subwoofers or bass devices like home theaters in an old apartment complex should be banned, IMHO. I had to spend around 1k on acoustic solutions due to the neighbors noise and bass after normal hours. The issue decreased, after I sent Jeanelle videos, receipts and police reports.....more than 6 months after I moved to this apartment.

I wanted to give to them zero star but system requires at least one star. There is nothing to say nice thing. If we say something or request something that needs to be done they never done promptly and professionally. The property director lady is so rude. She has to think before she talks. When I have a conversation with her she never say positive things. She is not deserve to be director. I would definitely not make a recommendation for anybody

I've been a resident for more than 5 years. This is a great place to live with excellence in customer service and maintenance. Repair requests are handled promptly, front lobby cordial/friendly staff, business center with internet access free, public transportation right at the front of building, variety of cute restaurants around, beauty salons. yoga and other close by, a pool and gym all private...Who can ask for more? ??
