The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. We provide a starter kit of supplies, but bath towels and washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations including smoking or any other prohibited activities, excessive damage exceeding $300 per stay, automobile damage, personal items, or unreported damage. Additional charges apply for lost FOB/access cards and replacement for lost parking tags. A fine of $300 applies for violations of our no-smoking policy and for hosting unauthorized gatherings.
