We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or vehicle damage in the parking lot. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A damage waiver fee covers accidental damage to items within the property, provided that any incidents are reported promptly. The fee does not cover intentional damage, rental policy violations, excessive damage exceeding $300, automobile damage, or unreported damage.
