The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. Smoking indoors is not allowed in any part of the unit or building, and smoking inside may result in a $300 fine. A party on the property may result in a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. To ensure a smooth and secure experience during your stay, all guests must be registered upon check-in, including providing a photo ID on the same day of your arrival. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Washcloths are not provided. Please keep all household items inside the unit during your stay.
