Please display your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking indoors is not allowed in any part of the unit or building and may result in a $300 fine. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A late check-out will incur an additional cost. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage exceeding $300, or damage caused by policy violations.
