The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered, and full names and IDs are required. A damage waiver fee is in place to cover any accidental damage, but intentional damage, damage exceeding $300, and certain other exclusions apply. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee.
