Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The pool is for registered guests only and is open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered with full names and ID. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay.
