Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The pool is for registered guests only and is open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. On-site parking is available for a fee, and a parking permit must be displayed at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not included. All guests must be registered, and the full names and IDs of all guests entering the property must be provided. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
