For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. All guests must be registered, and the full names and IDs of all guests entering the property must be provided. A $300 fine is charged for smoking inside or hosting a party on the property.
