The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and AC is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the Building association according to the outside temperature.
