During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. A damage waiver fee is in place to cover accidental damage to items inside the property, provided damage is reported during the stay. Intentional damage, damage from violating rental policies (such as a no-smoking policy), damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage from automobiles, damage to personal items, theft, or lost items are not covered by the damage waiver.
