It's near Reagan National Airport and Potomac Yard, and conveniently close to the ART87P bus line. Additionally, you'll have easy access to the major highways, including Route 1, I-66, I-395, and the George Washington Parkway.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. Additional guests can be checked in for an extra supplement. We do not provide washcloths. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered with full names and ID. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge.
