Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. The pool is for registered guests only and is open daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. On-site parking is available for a fee, and a parking permit must be displayed at all times to avoid being towed. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All guests must be registered with full names and IDs provided. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
